The company says the decision to add hard drive destruction follows the growing problem of identity theft in the U.K. Jonathan Richardson, managing director of Russell Richardson, says, “Despite the numbers of companies falling victim to corporate identity theft rising each year and instances of financial details left on hard drives being utilized for criminal activity, best practice for computer equipment disposal continues to be ignored.

Global Environmental Services’ Texas Plant Receives ISO Certifications

The certifications include ISO 9001:2008 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental) and OSHAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety).

New MRF Opens in Tulsa

A ceremony celebrating the plant’s opening included a visit from Tulsa Mayor Dewey Bartlett, who declared April 18 as Tulsa Recycle and Transfer Day through the city of Tulsa.
