US DOJ Announces Settlement on Superfund Claim

Dutch Firm Acquires Veolia’s Belgian Solid Waste Business
Posted on August 24th, 2011 No commentsVan Gansewinkel Groep , a recycling company based in the Netherlands, has acquired of the Belgian solid waste management activities of Veolia. The acquisition is expected to add about 1,600 jobs. The newly acquired division generates annual revenues of about € 314 million (US $451 million).The newly acquired Belgian operations will be renamed to Van Gansewinkel.

Harsco Signs Long-Term Contract with TISCO
