Posted on September 22nd, 2011 No commentsHilex Poly Company LLC , Hartsville, S.C., a manufacturer and recycler of plastic bags, films and wraps has reached a settlement agreement with ChicoBag, a manufacturer of reusable bags, resolving a lawsuit in which Hilex Poly contended that ChicoBag was making false marketing claims against it. The agreement resulted in an undisclosed settlement payment to Hilex Poly from ChicoBag

ABA Sues FTC Over Applying Creditor ‘Red Flags Rule’ to Lawyers
