There has been some activity in the nonferrous market and it looks as if there is more demand for scrap than there is availability of scrap to cover all of the demand.

Perot Systems has signed a 10-year, $18 million contract to provide IT outsourcing and electronic health records implementation for India-based Max Healthcare. The agreement marks the Plan, Texas-based company’s first full IT outsourcing project in the Indian healthcare industry as well as the company’s first India-based healthcare client.
