OSHA officials say two of the violations were willful in nature

Arch Enterprises Introduces Program to Refine Palladium from Catalytic Convertor Foil

The company says that the foil is a short roll of stainless steel that contains palladium and a minimal amount of platinum that can be recovered by a precious metal refiner.
