Coca-Cola, Kroger, Nashville Groups Join to Promote Recycling
Posted on April 6th, 2011 No commentsCoca-Cola has designed an initiative called “Recycled and Win,” slated to begin in April 2011, that seeks to boost the visibility of Nashville, Tenn.’s municipal recycling program. To accomplish this, the beverage giant, along with the grocery chain Kroger, the Metro Public Works and the Metro Beautification and Environment are partnering to award Nashville residents a $50 Kroger gift card if they are “caught” recycling the right way. The program will run for six months.

Civic Center credit card breach may be a computer hack
Posted on November 7th, 2010 No commentsInvestigators believe the scammers used either a skimming device or a computer hack to steal credit and debit card information from victims that had used their cards at the Onondaga County Civic Center. Police have now heard from more than 60 victims.

Posted on October 6th, 2010 No commentsIf you used a debit card at a local Aldi in June, July or August, check your bank statements. The discount grocery chain said customer bank account information could have been compromised when shoppers paid with debit or other cards between June 1 and Aug.
