ID theft: It’s something we talk about quite a bit in the financial-services space, but we rarely get to hear the other side of the story, the consumer’s side of the story. Today, we hear Tom Wilkinson, a 54-year-old Massachusetts man, who had his bank account compromised after a phishing scam.
