SRS Expands European Operations with Acquisition
Posted on March 14th, 2011 No commentsSims Recycling Solutions recently announced the acquisition of Metrade Handelsgesellschaft mbH and its subsidiary company, Metwork Aufbereitungs GmbH. The companies, headquartered in Austria, are involved in electronics recycling services throughout Eastern Europe. In announcing the purchase, SRS notes that Metrade’s location will give the company better access to conducting business in countries such as Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia.
