Susan Hubbard, the founder CEO and chief strategy officer for Eureka Recycling, a St. Paul, Minn.-based nonprofit recycling company, is leaving the company to start a consulting business called Nothing Left to Waste. Hubbard spent ten years with Eureka.

DAK Americas LLC , Charlotte, N.C., is acquiring the PET business of Wellman Inc. According to DAK, the total value of the acquisition is about $ 185 million including cash and the assumption of certain liabilities. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2011 pending regulatory approval.
