The tire recycling firm Liberty Tire Recycling , headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pa., has appointed Dave Troyanek its western regional account executive. In his position, Troyanek will work to expand Liberty Tire’s footprint in the Western United States by creating visibility for the company’s line of recycled rubber products, according to a Liberty statement
