Alcoa purchased a minority stake in Electronic Recyclers in March 2011 According to a report in the Winston-Salem Journal , ERI would be the inaugural tenant in Badin Business Park in Badin, N.C.

Upstate Shredding Donates $25,000 to Owego, N.Y. Fire Department
Posted on August 30th, 2011 No commentsAdam Weitsman, president of Upstate Shredding and Ben Weitsman & Son, Owego, N.Y., has donated $25,000 to the Owego Fire Department to help build the classroom portion of the city’s Volunteer Fire Department’s new training campus. In a release, Village Fire Chief Ed Franz says the donation is the largest the building project has received. “This donation gives us the shot in the arm needed to complete the classrooms,” Franz says.
